Can someone tell me how to do this? I want a seperate tone control for middle and bridge positions instead of neck/middle. If you have a shematic or detailed instructions that would be awesome! Thanks!

If I'm interpreting what you require correctly, you want the lower tone pot to be for the bridge pickup and the upper tone pot to be for the middle pickup with no tone pot for the neck pickup. Premising I'm correct, proceed as follows:

If you flip your pickguard over, you will see your pickup selector switch has two sides. We only need to concern ourselves with the right side, the one that the tone controls' white wires are going to. You will see four terminals in descending order.

The first or uppermost terminal, you leave alone.

Unsolder the white wire coming from the lower pot to your third terminal and resolder it to the second terminal. Next, unsolder the white wire coming from the upper pot to your fourth terminal and resolder it to the third terminal. That's it!
