I am on the fence between a classic 50's player's strat vs. a classic 50's strat. Any opinions on either, pros and cons betwen the two?

I love my Classic Player 50's
The major thing to consider is if you want a 2-point trem or not (it has one).
and be advised that the pickup switch is not the standard configuration. The 4 position is Neck+bridge. This is easily changed to the Neck+Middle if you want.

The neck on it is fantastic.

+1 on the classic player 50's. I have one and love it. If you could though, I would play one to see if you like the neck profile or not. And they only come in two colors, Shoreline gold or 2 color sunburst. So, if you want any color other than that look elsewhere.
