Yes, I verified that it does exist! Found a number and color chart. I thought I posted it on this thread back a ways. I have been in Nepal, Sikkim and North India for the last 10 days with no internet.

Ya Niki, Crazy trip man. Got sick up in the mountains of Nepal due to getting really cold sleeping on a wooden bed with one wool blanket. There was a chicken living under the bed. This place was remote. 2.5 hr hike in from the end of a road. And then Sikkim....wow crazy place... I will touch bases with you soon. In Chennia India right now and have an internet USB stick... Later!

Very well could be! Some of these colors, after they age or due to various paint mixes from the factory, are so close to the same, like surf Green, Sea Foam Green, and Bahama Green. But this looks as close as I have seen to the real thing. One advertisement for Strat Plus' for 1988 had Bahama Green as color (517).

The pic posted by symota is the EXACT strat I have. I got it direct from Fender the year they came out. I was told at the time it was the same color as a 1958 Cadillac and that Fender was thinking of doing a classic car color series and the Strat Plus was one of them . Supposedly they only shot up 25 strat pluses in this color . Not sure any of this is true but none the less my Bahama Green Strat is THE nicest strat I ever played . It looks , plays and sounds awesome. Wouldn't sell it for $10,000 just for how it plays and sounds. The colour is just a plus

This is my baby . Phot is pretty dead on with the color. I have tons of pics of me on stage with it and it photographs sometimes more green or more blue according to lighting . Nicest start ever made.

Actually, the white balance in that photo looks to be anything but dead on. You're getting that orange cast from tungsten lighting. Nice guitar though.

This is probably a little closer to neutral.

Well they used Dupont paints and Dupont had a Bahama Green that was used from 55' to 63' on trucks. Very dark green.
