Hey all,

I've seen a couple of these around now, I've been gassing for a hardtailed strat for ages. Did they all come loaded with 3 single coils? I'm just wondering if anyone knows if they are routed for a humbucker in the bridge?

I have a 2005 American hardtail strat HH. I do think they built an HSS hardtail also.

Love the graphics!! I found out the 1998 strat I brought has been routed HS. Stand by for a new guitar day thread next week!!!

I always try to show up in the hardtail threads.

Hardtail strats stay in tune great; even if you bend the H out of the strings.

I have two: Both 2004 American Standards.
