so today my dad and i headed out to guitar center and we came home with a new guitar, for me.

its an 09' american deluxe strat; ash body with a tobacco sunburst finish.

Oh why, oh why did I not buy this guitar (with maple fretboard) when it was a Fender Friday special for 899! I think that was the deal of the year last year.

Nice guitar.. I just got a 09 deluxe but with a maple neck. Are you sure thats tobacco burst? Mines tobacco burst and its a different color. I think yours could be cherry burst... who cares its badass.. enjoy.. :D
