I found a 1991 Strat MIM on craigslist. I paid 190. It came with a hardcase. Its a Fender Strat MIM seriel number MN934.... It is in great looking shape. It has a white body with black pickgaurd, tone knobs, and pickups. Rosewood fret board. Just wondering if I got a deal. THANK!!

You made a killing. I mean, c'mon, any nice condition Fender Strat for less than $200 is a great deal ... let alone with a real case.

Yup,you did get a great deal since the case alone probably cost $100 so youi basically got the guitar for $90,I should be so lucky.

As long as it is in good condition, sounds goos, and had a straight neck you made a great deal. Usually a guitar like that will go for around $250 to $300 and the case could add another $50. We'd love to see pics when you can post them.

As long as it doesn't say Squier Series on the ball end of the headstock it should be fine lol.

What do the tuners on it look like?

nope no typo, i thought MN9 was 91 and MZ9 might have been 99?, I could be wrong. When I get home i'll post pics! :lol: Thanks everyone!!
