Post subject: what color wire

I bought a noiseless strat pickup on ebay. said it was for bridge. but the colored wires matched my middle pickup (yellow/black) was this really a bridge pickup or a middle one? :?

The bridge model has the yellow hot lead whereas the middle and neck have a white hot lead.
