Hi there! Sorry but i really need some help from you guys! I want to buy a Used Fender Stratocaster Mexico, serial number is MZ5106862. I dont wanna be fool so please can you tell me byserial number is it real Fender or fake? And for what i should watch when i will buy it! Thank you so much!

Well, to be perfectly blunt you can't really tell by the serial number if the guitar is a fake or not...a serial number can be just as easily "faked" as the headstock logo can. The only way folks on the forum here are really going to be able to help determine if it's a fake is with some fairly large, clear pictures...particularly of the front and back of the headstock, front and back of the body, the bridge and if possible, pictures of the neck pocket on the body and the head of the neck showing any date stamps and/or inventory tags (by the serial number it should be an '05 MIM so it should have a bar code on the heel of the neck). You can try running the serial number past Fender's customer service but they'll probably tell you the same thing.

As far as what to look for, check out this thread to get you started...

Also, if you look around on the internet you should be able to find LOTS of pictures of Mexican made Strats to compare the one you're considering with...look at the tuners, headstock, logo, bridge, etc., and make sure the guitar you're looking at is consistent.
