Hey Guy's,
It's been a while since I posted but I just wanted to update you on my recent purchace and to thank everyone especially Niki. If you all remember I was taken for on a bogus Strat. on eBay around Christmas time. Niki helped me get pictures posted and forwared them to the Custom Shop for I.D. the return I got was straight forward (fake). Everbody on the forum help helped with there insight. Thanks Again.
On to my recent purchase. I bought a new in the box 2007 American Standard HSS with the S1 Switching, Seinna Burst and it just awsome. It took some time and a lot of patence on my part but it's been worth the wait. Once again thank you for the insight and direction.
Regards,
Mark

^Here's a link on how to use photobucket to get pics onto the forum. I myself prefer picasa (The google photo editing software). Either way works pretty easily ^^

Hey Harvey, good to see you around mate.

Glad you found something you like. I remeber you had a blue strat right?

It was a very pretty guitar, all things aside. What happened to it?
If you upload your photo's to photobucket (http://photobucket.com)

When you have uploaded the pics to that site, click return to my album. Hover the mouse pointer over the picture you want to display. You will see a code begining .
If you copy that code and enter it into your reply here, it should show your picture.

Hey Niki,
Good to here from you and good memory! It was a blue guitar and it didn't play that badly but it ended being a Squire with fake custom shop logo, neck plate and Fender Strat. head stock logo's applied to it. I did get all of my money back plus shipping cost after I contacted eBay and Pay Pal. I think they black balled the guy from selling on there sight for a period of time and rightfully so.
I will try to get pic's of my new HSS posted on photo-bucket using your suggestions. I may have to have my wife help out with that. I don't know why I don't get it when it comes to pictures using a PC. I work on spread sheets all day long, I just don't get picture's. It's been really good hearing from you and thanks again for all the help.
Regards,
Mark

Hi Mark.

Firstly I'm sorry for addressing you as Harvey, awfully presumptuous of me and I apologise.
Glad you got sorted out with ebay and the guy who tried to rip you off.

Now I cant shift the idea that the squier was a three humbucker guitar. Seymour Duncans if memory serves me right. And I cant help but associate the user name HarveyM with another Mark, Mark Harvey to be precise. Who also seems to like three humbuckered guitars.
Click to see The Mark Harvey Band

Am I correct or have I just dug a huge pit of presumption for me to fall into.

Great band, great song.

Niki,

No need to apologize, I usually will answer to anything. The Squire looked like a Standard American I believe, with 3 single pickups. It was a nice looking, blue in color, with a white pick-guard. You might remember the highly suspect Fender Custom Logo on the head stock and the laser etched word Custom on the neck plate. These are the items that stick out in my mind.
I have heard of the Mark Harvey Band but I had not had the opportunity to ever hear them play. Your right Good Band!

Regards,
Mark
