Hi everyone. I frequent the forum quite a bit. Some great stuff here! Lots of knowledge. I've been playing Strats for a long time now and have a nice little collection. I just picked up a 2003 CIJ Antigua Strat re-issue for a price I couldn't pass up. The guitar is in mint condition with very little use. The only problem is the tremolo bar is missing. Could someone tell me which tremolo bar fits this model? I've been poking around the internet and can't find a definite answer. Thanks in advance for any assistance!........Whipman

Hi Whipman and welcome to Fenderdom where any guitar/Fender related question can be answered.Any bar with a 10-32 thread should fit your guitar if it has the standard Fender vibrato arm.

Thanks Slinger! Just wasn't positive and didn't want waste time / money and strip the threads. I'll go with the 10/32.

I forgot to tell you,the best way to check is to get a 10-32 screw and try it in the hole, then you'll be extra sure.

Worst case scenario, you can replace the tremolo with one that comes with the arm...

Honestly, I'd just take the guitar in to your local Fender authorized dealer...Guitar Center, Sam Ash, whatever. Usually they have a box full of trem arms sitting behind the counter somewhere and they can probably hook you up for under $5.

BTW...would love to see some pics! That's a must around this forum...ya buy a new guitar, ya gotta show us some pics :-)

Peace,
Jim

Hi..new to the forums, but old on Fenders! I am receiving a japanese strat, and the tremolo arm is missing. Are all strat whammy bars 10-32 thread, or are japanese ones metric? Just hoping to get the right one the first time...Thanks! Tim
