My first electric guitar was an old used squire with rusty screws and bad tuners I used it for about 6 months and then bought my Standard Strat. which I'm using today as my main guitar and as some of you know I will be changing the pickups soon too.

Been so long ago I don't even remember the brand, but it was an el cheapo acoustic. I flipped it upside down and learned to play it with the strings wrong too.

My first guitar was my mom's old Takamine acoustic and my first electric was an Ibanez AS73 Artcore that I bought after I started working. I pretty much bought it for its looks but as it turns out, Artcores are actually pretty nice guitars.(Its on the right)

My first guitar was a Washburn wi14 with a camo finish with silhouettes of women on it. It was a cheap, used guitar but it served me well as a beginner. Now I use a Standard Mexican Strat (sunburst). Image

My first guitar was a Washburn Strat copy. Here it is sitting next to my Fender Classic Player '60s Strat.

Mine was an '87 Squier Stratocaster made in Japan in Dakota Red. Styled after a '62 RI except with Gotoh Fender tuners. It was a wonderful guitar. I put a lefty trem on it in '88 and am currently stripping the finish. I'm going to paint it Sherwood Green and deck it all out with coolness. :D

Yamaha Pacifica, natural, s/s/h, which was solid if a bit barebones. Still got it (in storage) and will get round to selling it to the local used guitar store one day.

Then on to my MiM Std sunburst/rosewood. Never looked back since that fateful day I picked Britney up in Denmark Street........love at first sight.

My first acoustic was an Epiphone. It wasn't much, but it was good enough to learn on. My first (and favorite) electric is a 2006 American Series Stratocaster.

My first guitar was an Eko small bodied steel string thing with compulsory 1/2" action. I assembled my first solid from a ghastly plywood strat-shaped body, Tiesco type (crappy) neck and a used pre-wired pick guard I bought with the rest.

I can't believe people will actually pay real money for anything Tiesco these days.
