Post subject: Awesome tone / American Deluxe!!!

Holy cow!!! I just discovered somethin' super cool with my strat pickups. I usually play all the solos with the neck/middle pup, position 5/1, S-1 on. And now I tried to put the mid-pup much lower, and the tone is just unbelievable (in my opinion ofc.;)).

Here's a pic of the pups. And I'm really sorry that I don't have any other cam, so I had to take it with webcam... Don't mind about my face...

See the middle pup is veery low.

Yeah, I lowered the middle pickup to reduct interference when playing. Lo and behold, it sounded better ... warmer. Then I lowered the other two, and the change was consistant for all three.
