There are guitar parts companies that make "aged" pickguards etc.,I've seen them advertised in guitar magazines.One company that makes relic parts is Fatboy Guitars but they are in the UK www.fatboyguitars.co.uk you could also try www.montreuxguitars.com I hope these are of some help.
