Well by "setup" I mean only that the neck relief and action were adjusted. I suppose the neck tilt would be adjusted too if it were off but it never has been. The neck relief was set per the Strat manual and the action was set per my preference (which is a bit high).

As long as my guitar does three things I am a happy camper:

1) Feels and plays well in my hands
2) Has no buzz
3) Has proper intonation

That sounds reasonable...I can't stand buzzing frets (or noisy pickups, either!)...are you happy with it now?
