The adjustments needed might apply to more than just the bridge. the guitar may need a complete setup. It may need neck relief adjustment, nut slots may need filing, bridge may need more springs, saddles may need to be moved to intone, etc...

You'll need to put the 11s on and go over what needs attention.

Going from 9's to 11's your guitar will need a complete setup.

You can pay to have it done, or you can try to follow these guidlines: http://www.fender.com/support/stratocas ... _guide.php

And also, jumping 2 gauges is a bold move. Congratulations and good luck to your fingers.

Yes going from 9s to 11s will call for a complete setup that will call for a truss rod adjustment to handle the extra pressure on your neck, your trem reset and guitar intonated. Unless you are pretty handy this can be a frustrating learning process and making the wrong adjustment on your truss rod could ruin your neck. I would have a tech do it if you are not familiar doing this as iy assures your ax will be setup perfect. I would also play tuned a half step down to Eb for awhile till your fingers get used to the jump.
