Some I don't think have been mentioned yet, but every guitarist should own.
No particular order but:

The Band-Music From Big Pink
Allman Brothers-Eat A Peach
The Clash-London Calling
Miles Davis-Bitches Brew
Motorhead-No Sleep ’til Hammersmith
Alice Cooper-Killer
Danny Gatton-88 Elmira Street

There are so many more but...

Chuck Berry - The Great Twenty-Eight
Rolling Stones - Let It Bleed

Robin Trower - Bridge Of Sighs
...and anything by ...
Freddie King

BB King
Albert King
...oh heck, the list goes on and on and on...

Hey Mondo, what do you make of Rodrigo y Gabriella? As a player whose spiritual home is the nylon strung guitar, I like the fact that the instrument has at least a few contemporary artists..

Hi Adey... I'm glad that they're finding success and exposing audiences to acoustic music, but every time I put their stuff on for a listen I think of half a dozen other artists I'd rather be hearing and throw it back on the pile. Too much rumba for me... good on 'em, though.. :)
