Is Fender still making the Standard Stratocaster® HSS with Locking Tremolo? If there are what is the pickup routing for the body of that guitar( is
it HSH, HSS, or SSS)?

Yes. I think it is a HSH route, but I may be wrong. It is for sure a HSS just looking at the pics. See link:
