You'd need to replace the neck to get a neck with a different radius.

You can slightly have the radius changed on a fingerboard, but it may be cost prohibitive with a strat neck. There are so many types of necks made by fender or some other licensed company I couldn't imagine you couldn't find one that wouldn't fit your needs.

Site describing refret and changing radius, about half way down on page...

This guide will show you the differences, it may not look like much on paper though :

You'll have to remove the frets, sand down the fretboard, replace the frets and the nut. Then you'll need to adjust your saddles. Basically, its not worth it because the neck and fretboard were sanded for a specific radius. Sell your neck and buy another if you really want a 12" radius. The lowest priced 12" radius neck Fender makes is a MIM Kenny Wayne Shepherd neck.

You would just have to get a new neck as the work involved would not be worth the trouble, and besides what would be the point of using the original neck as it would feel and play totally different.

Yes, like straytcat113 said, buy a new neck and if you realy like it, sell your old one.

Another route is Mighty Mite. They're an authorized replacement part company that makes almost every neck profile and wood combination you can think of....
