well after more and more lumps of varnish coming off of my fingerboard i decidedit was a bit scabby looking so i stripped the lot off of it , that way it can all get grubby instead of just the chunks where the varnish has flaked off, i might give it a wee coat of danish oil just to seal it , it looks quite good now :)

Alan can we have some pictures please?

Did you take the frets out? I could do with cleaning up the maple board on one of mine. I just cant be bothered though. Even though the guitars due a refret.

and heres one after a wee wipe with danish oil , it's a wee bit light just now but it'll dull down in no time :)

it's a lot nicer looking now than it was and ones it dulls down it should look sweet :)
