I like the d'Addario EXL110's (10 - 46) for my strat.

I use d'Addario's generally - EJ15 (10 - 47) on my old Fender Redondo 6 string and EJ38 (10 - 47) on my Maton 12 string. I swap out the high G on the 12 string so they're both .23 just because I like that sound more.

Much to my disappointment, I have no strings on my strat. I've been waiting for six days for new Gold Fender Tuning Machines. They were supposed to be here today and they're not here! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its the last piece to my gold hardware change. Oh well... When its all said and done, I'll have my freebie Cleartone EMP 11's...

You lot are a bunch wossies lol. I use GHS LO-Tunes :) 11-58. Only I swap out the 11 for a 12. Even in standard tuning these play like ringing a bell.

Exactly what scientific evidence do you have that equates string guage with testosterone levels?Jimi Hendrix,John Lennon,Tony Iommi,Brian May and countless others have used super light 8-38 0r 9-42 strings and have created tremendous inimitable tones from their "whoose" strings.

It was meant as a joke. Hence the "lol". Sorry, I didn't mean to offend. :(
