I already have 2 Fender MIM Strats but there is a guy on craigslist that has a black Squier MIM Strat for $125. I'm trying to get it for $100 but I don't know alot about MIM Squier Strats. Anybody got any good info? Its black with a maple fretboard and s/s/s configuration. Thanks guys!

There's a paragraph or two about the MIM Squier Strats

From what I heard, the MIM Squires were made before Fender started making a Standard strat in Mexico. I've heard they are worth more becuase the quality is better then the new squires. $100 is a great price. People sell newer squires for that price.

Thanks for all the info everyone. Unfortunately they sold it yesterday. At least thats what they are saying. They told me this once before. This is the second time they had it listed. Sometimes you have to deal with strange individuals on craigslist.
