John I love the pink and that is one fine looking Strat. I have an EBMM EVH that is pink that turned into a nice Salmon color over the years.

I have never noticed a difference in bending a note with an LSR nut or maybe I am just that used to them. Here is some free advice to anyone new to an LSR. If you are like me and wipe down your guitar after playing stop at the first fret if you ride the cloth up and down or you are going to pull your guitar out one day and notice on of the metal teeth that hold the ball bearings in place sticking out and one of the bearings missing. This drove me crazy for two months on my Beck strat as I took it out oneday and one of the teeth were up and the string was holding in the berring and for the life of me I could not figure how this happened. And once it does you need a new nut because no matter how you bend back the metal tooth it will not hold it tight. I finally found out it was caused from cleaning when it hooked on again 2 months later. This advice has helped 2 guys out on the forum who had the same thing happen and could not figure it out. So if anyone missed log it.

I also have to tip my hat for making me laugh so hard with The wood is dead there wont be no breathing soon! That is classic and one I will use. Good luck bro on a smoking ax and that is the most perfect decal I ever seen put on a guitar. Until you said you put it on I thought it came with it as it also looks like it is tinted pink. Great touch.

Here's a pic of a bunch of EBMM.

Maybe about ten years ago, I almost bought one of these. Do u know the first EBMM year released?

Image Really like the tremolo system n the easy drop D tuning. Plze post a pic of ur Salmon EBMM, because I never seen one. R u sure its pink/salmon color?

Re: Bending first fret notes with LSR Rolling Nut.

Play the song, "Check my Brain" by Alice n Chains, then we'll talk.

Also, thxs for great advice of LSR care. Hope some of my shared experience will save future headaches for u too.

Haha, thxs for the kind words. Here's a little something something on the neckplate of one of my crazy strats.

Those are Peavey Wolfgangs and a very rare bunch as you have custom models and 1st year quilts. By the way I drop in on that guys page sometimes.lol But the ultimate guy with those by far is Geoff at www.rockandrollweekend.com besides being a really good guy. The second pic is a Petrucci which is a great ax but I am looking to unload mine as I just cant connect with the neck it is to thin for me.

I have to say that after looking at your ax you had me checking out pink Strats all night.lol The only song I used to play by Alice in Chains was Man in the Box.Though not a big fan of the band that song is a true rock classic and one of my all time favorite songs.

Has anybody put a tremolo tip on a deluxe trem bar? It's awesome, I really like the feel n it adds a extra length.

Tips:

First heat up by microwaving, because the tip is way too tight. Then force on. Once snug n cooled off, it would be very hard to remove. Beware, don't over heat as it's made of plastic.

So far, this is the second mod for pinky.

Haha, didn't even notice they were Peaveys. Just wanted to somehow encourage u in posting a pic of ur EBMM. Really would enjoy a pic, especially of a pink one.

The Alice n Chains song Check my Brain is a good example of what I'm talking about. They tune a half step down, which I love playing (lower tones with more vibrato), love it. It's played out of the key of F and is simple enough to play the first time through. Then u'll know exactly why LSR play different from a bone nut.

What does LSR stand for anyway, didn't c anything when I googled it? Alway's thought LSR meant Loser?

Again thank you kindly for sharing the great tip regarding the LSR rollers as I'm like u, clean after every use. Just today I found myself about to wipe over the rollers, then quickly backed off. lol. Good one thxs, really appreciate it. If wasn't for u, I'd be already replacing the roller nut. Let's c if I can return a favor by sharing any of my useful tips.

Plze come back again for more stratocaster lingo n stuff.

Funny how were told this venue was going to be big with a large stage, nice PA system n monitors. But something went wrong, so we ended up playing in a bar.

Their were babes in this bar, no lie, dancing babes all over the place.

The camera battery life only lasted for the first two songs.

Hope u enjoy the clips n plzes post ur replies.

NOTE: They all look better in person (just like me!).
My camera doesn't do them justice.
