has anyone installed it yet?
i was very skeptical, but viewing the you tube demo. im really intrigued.

There's been other threads on this, but I haven't heard of too many trying it. I'm sure there's a few on here that have it.

I wanted to try one, just cause I suck at soldering, but didn't want to spend the money. I think they're about $119 at Musiciansfriend.

With all the DIP switches under the guard, you'll need to take apart your guitar to change wiring options. It's really not more tones anyway....just different switching options.

yeah, i like the idea that no soldering is involved, and the tonal options are alot, but im not that savy.
he mentions on the youtube vid on volume option. i dont like that very much, i use my volume alot, and i like to clean up my tone with my volume, or change it.

i also like the idea, that i can swap out pickups without soldering as easy as swapping strings. :wink:

but i wonder if the circuit board will affect tone, versus straight soldering wiring.

I would like to try one, but the best way to utilize it would be in a body with rear-routed controls. Might make a great parts-o-caster project.
