I've resurrected an old guitar of mine that I bought in 8th grade. For some reason I was the type of kid that always took stuff apart and messed with it. Thank God I didn't do anything permanently damaging to this guitar. It is a really great instrument.

I lost the pickup covers over the years and want to find some more. I ordered some, but they didn't fit (the holes didn't line up for the magnets). I contacted Fender and they said that they couldn't help me since they don't make that size pickup anymore.

Can anyone help me find the proper pickup covers?

The distance from the center of the first pole to the sixth is 1 and 62/64". The diameter of each pole is 12/64". The distance between each pole (from center to center) is 25/64".

The information that Fender sent to me about the color was this "Model Number: 013-4600-(Color#) and 013-4602-(Color#)". I went to the music store and "Parchment White" seemed to match well, but I order Parchment White from a store online and it looked too white, so I don't know. How can I interpret the color/model numbers that Fender gave me?

If I could get solid pickup covers, I could certainly drill the hole myself. Fender couldn't help me procure such a thing.

I just got back from the shop and the repair man couldn't really help. The only no hole covers he had access to were white and black. He said that pole to pole was two inches, but I measured pretty carefully, so I'm saying between 1 -31/32" and 2".

Perhaps a new set of pickups will solve your dillema- also will breathe new life into your beloved instrument
