Does there exist - or has anyone found a set - of tuners that have the old Kluson heads, that will fit an F-tuner neck (ie: 70s reissue) ??

I love every aspect of these guitars, EXCEPT FOR the uncomfortable tuner heads.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Martian. After installing the bushings, are there any set out there that have the Kluson "buttons" but with the same hole-layout as the "F" tuners? Or, do I just get adapters, Kluson tuners and re-drill new holes?

You're welcome.

No, there aren't to the best of my knowledge. You'll have to get the adapters, the tuners and proceed to drill.

Thanks for your help - that's what I thought.

You wouldn't happen to know if the Tremelo's parts (USA 70s reissue) are die-cast or stamped steel, would you?
