Has anyone's Olympic White turned Cream-Colored yet?

I'm hoping so!

That's exactly how I want my reissue to behave!

Hope the paints they use today, reacts the same as it did back then. You would think that's what they're going for, since part of (Olympic White's) appeal is that it "creams" over time.

If it has a poly finish then it may take a while, but even the original 70's strat had a poly finish and the oly white faded. There was a thread a little while ago where someone said that their new nitro finished guitar had started to fade after a year or two and most of the replies said the same. If you want to quicken the process leave it near a window in the sunlight, but this may be bad advice as the pickguard may warp or some other adverse side effect might happen.

Thanks VB. I know what you mean with direct sunlight. I do have a nice front office that gets a lot of sunlight (but not direct). Maybe I'll hang it in there? :D
