You must be a minnd reader. I have jusst this second been looking at the TomDelonge strats, can't find any for sale tho. Would be great for me as they do a Yellow which is what I want. Will keep looking and good to hear that some were routed as you mentioned.

The attractiveness of the hardtail is found in the finish on the back as well. If cost is not a factor, this is the kind of guitar which is meat for the Custom Shop. Envision a hardtail done in Sienna Sunburst over Ash with gold hardware and a maple neck. :idea: Electronics is your choice. Awesome!
