Right now I'm playing my 50th Anniversary American Strat... antique sb with maple neck. It has custom shop 54 pickups in it so it is not as clean as the other in my collection and took me some time to get used to.

Although I'm thrilled with all things Fender, I've really fallen hard for that sweet vintage Fender Strat tone!

60's classic players in Sonic Blue, right now anyway. But, I never get tired of the texas specials in my Roadhouse Strat.

Hell, I would sleep with mine if I could...hahaha

I thought for a long time that all strats should have a maple neck. Then I pulled my head out, noticed the fact that almost all of my favorite strat players either have or currently play a Strat with a RW board.

I would go for it. I keep telling my wife that guitars are like guns, you can never have too many of them. Oddly enough, she just doesnt understand.

My number one right now is a GC FSR American deluxe VG,but it changes week to week as I am fortunate to be the care taker of 7 Stratocasters.

My current fav is my 1998 Amer. Std. SB with RW fretboard. I usually play it with strings on it though. It does have a very nice set of Copperhead '59 pups (now Chevalier Pickups).

From the day I got her my Surf Green Beck has taken the #1 spot knocking out my 62 reissue tele that I played about 13 years straight from the top spot. The amazing thing is the dramatic differences between guitars. I had bought the Beck and Clapton about a month apart from eachother and would of thought I would of taken to the Clapton more , especially with the thickness of the Beck neck but twas not the case.

Ryan please stop with that picture of your Strat, as you are going to wind up making me spend a few grand to have a custom shop model made just like it.lol No really bro that is just drop dead gorgeous.

Of the guitars that I like to play here is my current favorite. This is a Custom Shop Showmaster QMT. It's hard to see on the second photo but this guitar has a Tele neck with a gloss black Deluxe headstock, LSR nut, Seymour Duncan pups, Master Vol Master Tone, Speed knobs, custom fretboard inlays and clear mask binding around the carve top.

Here's my favorite at the moment. I picked this '87 American up with a Fender Tweed case for almost nothing last Nov. '09. The pickups sound great and I love the feel of the neck.

I only have one actual strat and on strat "copy".

My strat is a 2009 MIM standard with Texas Special pups.

My copy is the ESP/LTD MW-600. It's the Michael Wilton signature guitar it's H-S-S (Duncan pups) with a floyd.

My lowly MIM (with it's shiny new Texas Specials) is my favorite guitar right now. It just feels right in my hands. Love the other one too though. :D
