I have a Highway One (model#0111160367). Do I have to take the neck off if i need to adjust the truss rod and what kind of wrench should I use? Thank you!

From the headstock if you look at a picture of that model. It should have a couple of wrenches that come with it like most guitars.

If I was to take a guess it would be a 1/8th allen wrench.
But why don't you go all out and just pickup a whole set they are cheap.

Just remember that when tuned to standard pitch a good deal of pressure exists on the neck and truss rod. Give your baby a break and remove the tension when making changes to your truss rod - a lot less "dangerous" and better results IMHO.
