Nice pickup Chet and I dig the black on black look. Those 80s MIJ guitars are great as I still have all three of mine.

I have always wondered about the pickups in the out of US made guitars. Are they made in the US, shipped, and installed? Or are they wound and manufactured where the guitar is made (e.g. MIJ or MIM)? Sorry to get off topic, but thought it might be OK to ask in this thread.
