First of all, according to the serial number, MN012841 :

http://www.guitardaterproject.org/fender.aspx

Your guitar was made at the
Ensenada Plant (Fender), Mexico
in the Year(s): 1990 - 1991

It is possible that this guitar may have been modified or changed from it's original design and features. The neck plate looks damaged, it could be made of a cheap material. These are easily replaced from local Fender dealers. It appears to be a Standard Strat (MIM) and the pole pieces are supposed to be staggered like that.

I'd suggest taking it to a music shop or luthier (if you don't know how to do it) and getting a pro setup with new strings and maybe a new neck plate.

The bridge and tuners are completely normal.

Up until the 70's all Fender pick ups had staggerd poles. From the 70's - to the late 90's the pole poles on the pick ups were all flat. In the late 90's Fender stagered them again.

The bridge is adjustable. You can rase or lower the angle of the bridge by taking the back plate off of the body. You can adjust the bridge by using a screw driver on the 2 wood screws attached to the "claw" that holds the springs in place.
