Cool thread and I like your website. Furthermore, that is a fine Strat plus in your profile pic. I'd like to get my hands on one of those in the future. Thanks.

Hey Sanding. I turn these from time to time and have some more cool builds on the bench. I might een be selling this one but not sure yet.

Thanks Niki......Hope to see some of your stuff on here, or do you have some posts showing wiring? I am always eager to learn more. I buffed out two bodied today and now working on a few Strat Plus Maple necks....seems like they are always prone to edge peeling. Trying to decide what to do next.....part of having too many parts, parted out in parts all over the parting place......

@Xhefri,

One of the coolest things is to build an American Deluxe/Plus hybrid, an American Deluxe Stratocaster with Lace Sensors.

The American Deluxe HSS/Ultra hybrid is essentially an American Deluxe Fat Strat HSS with Ultra pickup config and wiring (you can leave the S-1 switch, it works fine with Lace pickups).

The thing is to replace the stock Noiseless/DH1 pickups with a set of Lace Sensors.

American Deluxe Strat HSS LT/Ultra "Hybrid" Montego Black/Maple (shown here with stock pickups) modded with Lace Sensor pickups with black covers.

Hi Xhefri: just reading through this again I am reminded how good your electrical work is. Super neat: I like it!

Great job altogether: respect. 8)

Now that's thought provoking. 8) Hmmmmmmm...

I'm OK at wiring - but I'll never be posting detailed pix of that. No need, with a master around. :D

Cheers - C
