If I'm playing Stratocaster it will be single coil all the way.

Yeah, I prefer singles myself. I just thought it would be a cool version of a HHH Strat modelled after a '61 Les Paul (SG style) with three buckers, ivory finish, bound ebony fretboard w/ square MOP markers and gold hardware. That would be something, with the right pups.
I realize it would be hella expensive, but would Fender's custom shop build something like that?

I'm a traditionalist,I prefer the single coils all around,I just prefer the chime from single coils on a Strat.If I want a humbucker tone I'll use my Guild S-!00 or some other HB equipped guitar.

A properly wired, split coiled humbucker in the bridge gives GREAT versatility...Cream to Hendrix at the flip of a switch!
I've always found the Strat's single coil bridge pup to be brittle and ice-pick-y. (IMHO)
And I'm not talking the crap humbuckers that Fender puts in....Diamondbacks. Atomics...and the like....
I'm talking about cross pollinating and putting a Gibson humbucker (!!!!???!!) like the 498T, 490T, 57 Classic Plus, or BurstBuckers in there!
