Hi friends, here she is!! my very custom "vintage blondie"

http://www.gorilarex.com/joyitas.htm

Well, in resume: Ash body 1962 replica made by master builder Daniel Chavez, Tex Mex pickups, 1995 MIA strat plus ultra bridge/trem/neck/tuners, and a nice ebony nut.
Hotroded so that when in the bridge pickup, the bottom tone has control. What else can I say?, she is the guitar I always deamed of, totally customized to my preferences. The price?.....expensive!! but worth every penny.
Comments very welcome!!

Happy Holidays and best wishes for 2010.

Vintage Blondie
:D

It says "joyitas" (read vertically). Whatever that means (the word is in the URL the OP gave).

Thank u all 4 the comments. "Joyitas" is how i named the guitar, and well as u noticed it´s written discreetly. Translates to "Jewels" in english.
Just went to my friends house to compare it vs other strats, and other guitars, and found out that it´s got a unique tone.
We try them on a good amp (fender, marshall), with no effects but the dist of the amp and the clean reverb.

This was the outcome:
-Super deep tone
-Incredible lows
-Superb punch and definition, specially in low/mid freq.
-In betweens sound very acoustic and mellow
-Crank it up with dist and it´s a monster, sustains like a Gibson but with a "fender" tone.
-Hard to explain in words........I wanted a uniquie strat ideal for hard rock, and "punchy cleans", and 4 that, it xcels.

thanx u all 4 that feedback and interest.

Happy Holidays

Wow I totally love it. In fact I am wondering what the body of my Beck Strat would look like if I stripped it thats how much I dig the look.

Hey Stray, I´d definetely do that on the Jeff Beck, but, if your guit didn´t have a nice wood pattern (how can u know if it´s painted, right?), It would be a hit or miss situation, what color is your Jeff Beck by the way?
