Some of you mentioned playing my strat through a Marshall.. I have a Marshall 4x12 jcm800 with a 50w crate tube head and never thought of playing the strat through it.... and never thought of playing the lesPaul through the fender amp... LesPauls and Strats are very nice guitars and have there own distinct sound.. I think there's room for both in my collection to get different sounds.. As I get older I realize nothing is the best but everything has its own sound so why not have both.... Im a huge Jimmy Page fan and thats why I would only play a LesPaul but Jimmy aslo played strats, not on stage that much except for the Firm days and when Zeppelin played in the evening. I just found out Jimmy played a white strat on Thankyou.... Im starting to get into the blues and Im really liking SRV playing..that man could play with some soul.....I love it... Its helping me out of some hard times Im going through right now..... Thanks for the nice replys and tips. Jamie
