don't waste time and don't settle for a repair. if you got it from a legit dealer there's no reason why you shouldn't settle for anything less than an exchange, a setup or at least a full inspection of the new guitar and hit them up for a set strings or some picks or something as way of compensating you for time and travel expenses. gas ain't cheap!
