Welcome to the forum!!
First I would play them, you will know then if the feel and sound is what you are looking for.
I would also try and play them through an amp similar to what you have at home.
Good Luck!

Welcome to the forum Metalbaswee as BastardN said it's best to try out a few guitars through your amp or one most like it.I must admit though that I've always had a weakness for the sound of a 60's Strat and the 60's type neck are the ones I've found most comfortable(my first Strat was a 65)and the 50s Strats are also lovely especially when played clean. Then again guitar choice is very subjective and if you intend to play mostly metal maybe a HSS would be more up your alley but if you're going to be using stomp boxes to get your gain and distortion it really doesn't matter which you chose so maybe a strictly single coil Strat would be the way to go.

You just need to find all 3 and try them out to see what you like best. I don't know how long you've been playing but I myself have been at it for a year and a half and I just bought a HSS American Standard. I went to the store and tried 3 different guitars with the only difference being one had a rosewood board and the other 2 were maple. All 3 felt slightly different to me and as you can tell by how long I've been playing I'm no expert. Try them with the same style amp or as close to it as you can and play what you know through all the different pickup selections to get a feel for the sound. You'll tell right away what you want and what feels best. I was in your same position just a few months ago and while I get what you're asking there is simply no other way to find out what you will like until you try it. I had no intentions of getting a HSS model but when I tried it I really liked it. Not only that but I had to try out the guitars right in the middle of the store with anyone who walked in having to listen to my limited playing ability. In spite of that I found what I love and I've been playing non stop since I got it. Get some opinions from here and then build your own opinion based on what you like.
