Yep....I'm a GEAR-NERD!
I was cruising E-Bay and ran across this cool little item and just HAD to pick up a bunch for my Highway One clan!

Does it improve sound/tone......NOT AT ALL!!

Just pure aesthetics....that's it!!

It just looks so dang cool on my axes.

Here it is on my flat black Highway HSS......

In spite of what it says in the ad, he DOES include the screws!

I re-used my old ones anyway!

The holes ARE countersunk !

I would use my original screws too, you know they're right for the holes in your guitar.

looks really cool.

You'll have to take of the old plate and that means removing all the screws. As long as you've slackened off the strings to virtually no tension, the neck should stay in it's pocket. But it won't be secure obviously untill the screws have been put back.

Love the plate though - must get one.

Not cheap for such a simple design but it is better than the stock one on my HWY1.

It looks cool, but I prefer to leave things stock. The blank plate will remain on my H1. :)
