I was wondering if anyone knew if I could wire a non-active pickup into an active set up without just simply having two actives and a passive neck, the pick-up is a Dimarzo Billy Corgan Signature Neck. The guitar is a Fender Deluxe Power house (discontinued) with the 12db active midboost system. However, your guitar doesn't have active pickups. It has a preamp for power boosting the circuit itself. There are no preamps in the pickups themselves which means they are passive just like the DiMarzio. So, either way, your answer is, yes.

If you run into phasing problems with the the DiMarzio once installed, reverse its red and green wires.
