I have a hss strat and I would like to put in another switch that is 2 way so I can have the bridge and neck position together like a les pual can anybody tell me what to do

Another switch would be a on off switch, google it. Theres loads and loads of schematics out there.

My favourite for that sound is the blender pot mod. You get to balance out how much of the neck pickup you want in the mix with that. And you can do it with whats already in the guitar no extra pots or switches. You get a master tone, master volume and neck pickup volume.
