Are the peg holes on a MIM the same as a MIA?

If you mean the Standards, yes.

Im looking to change my 2006 MIM standard to Schaller locking tuners. Its left handed and i found some left handed Am. schaller tuners was just wondering if they will fit.

You're welcome but bear this in mind:

The peg holes will accommodate but there's a cleat or pin or whatever you want to call it on underside of the Schaller locking tuners which is in a different place than that of the OEM. The easiest way I can explain it is this way: Your OEMs have a pair of these each on. The Schaller has one in between these two. You will have to do some drilling.

None that I'm aware of.
