Post subject: Unwanted buzz!

I had my "07 Hwy 1 stratocaster set up 4 months ago and everthing was fine but now I'm getting buzz from the 12th fret and up. The buzz is primarily the wound stings 4,5 and 6 what is going on. I thought setups last a long time unless you changed string gauges. What can I do to fix the problem? Thanks.

Weather changes do affect guitar setups. I recommend a minimum of 2 setups a year.
