Hey all,

I have been researching everywhere to find out what my strat is worth and I was hoping someone could help me out. Its a 1992 american made left handed guitar pretty much mint condition. (there is one spot on the very bottom of the guitar where you attach your strap to that has a VERY small chip, but you cannot really notice it at all, esp when the strap is on and the guitar is around your shoulder) Other than that, there is not one scratch anywhere on this guitar. She looks brand new! I also have the original hardshell case. Oh, everything on my guitar is completely stock. Let me know what you all think.
Thanks!

You need to upload your picture(s) to a hosting site such as Imageshack, Bytephoto, Flickr, etc.. Once you've uploaded the images you should be able to right click on them and under "Properties" you'll see "Image Properties" and "Address". Highlight and copy the address then paste it in to your message with "img" tag in brackets in front and /img tag in brackets afterward. The brackets are the lower case version of { }... Sorry I don't know how to explain this better but it should end up looking something like this...

{img}http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/6792/img8447.jpg{/img}

Again you'll need to use the lower case version of those brackets (typically just above the Enter key on most PC keyboards).

I also think that you can use the HTML "img src=" tag -if- you turn on HTML...but I won't swear to that.

Good Luck,
Jim

I just sold my 1996 righty Strat, American Standard, with NO scratches or nicks. Had Dimarzio pickups and Wilkinson bridge and hardshell case. $665.00 on Ebay.

I just bought a NEW 2008 American Standard with hardshell case. Blizzard Pearl finish with rosewood neck. $795.00

If you ask me, the prices on Stratocasters is down a little bit right now.

I agree with the poster who replied $500.00 to $700.00 for your guitar.

Is there a plug or something other than tape to put over the trem arm hole when not using it so you dont lose the spring?
