If Ceri gives up on it, let me give it a try. We hillbillies can work wonders with a couple of spray bombs and a case of Budweiser!!

P.S.: I've heard of guitarists "settin' them strangs on fire," but this is OVERKILL!!!!

Yep. I jumped in with my comment without noticing how many pages there were in the thread. I have since looked at the finished project and I'm amazed. Great work, Ceri!!

No...But can you hum a few bars... :?:

But... Only after proper libation, as I'm sure Ceri's Uber-Stratocaster more than deserve such
lofty celebrations..... :)

I like to sing solo and tenor.

(so low you can't here it and ten or twenty miles away ...)

Funnily enough #2 Daughter has just taken up violin, which has renewed my interest in it.
Out of the blue, she pipes up, "Daddy I want to play violin". She's not a bad guitarist for a eight year old. I think she'll do well with it.

So when are the Cri-olins being made? How much for one?

Definitely would love to see a thread about the adventure into Violinland!! And also a re-fin thread!

At any rate, I think they should be selling tickets for Ceri's builds. I'd book a booth in the Royal Albert Hall to witness it first hand, in an instant. No problem.
Alternatively I could also be the butler who keeps Ceri's beer glass at an acceptable level and the crowds of paparazzi away. The artist needs his peace.

:D

First he'd have to fill in all the holes and fine finish them.

Ceri might have to ask Paul how many holes there are... John knew but he's gone.
Maybe Eric knows.

Personally, I'll bet that HRH The Queen knows but won't fess up as long as Charles stands a chance of being her successor.

Wow.

Just read all 98 pages... what an end result!

Would love to see how it plays. Bet you won't be letting it out of your sight for some time!
