Aah but does Pastor Ceri have enough left to do another Sacramental Wine Burst?

Look, could we just skip the burning aspect next time? That adds so, SO much extra work...

If you agree to that, well then - you have my blessing (my son: domini patri etc etc). :D

Oh, and Kong: I made the mistake of showing that vid you organised a few pages back to my wife. Now she's sending the link to all kinds of people, including friends in Sweden who don't need the subtitles. How embarassing... Hee-hee!

This time, really: g'night all - C

Well I missed out on this one.

It came with a case of Hill family estate wine that sells for $1000 a bottle. The guitar was only £6000. So the guitar would have cost £1800 after selling the vinegar.

I remember that one Niki, the dye for the top was made using the wine, iirc.

Yeah ok, its a deal.

Any preference on the acid or height of the rooftop? Do I have to follow it or anything weird like that?

High priest of artistic restorations! Building your own neck is a miracle to me!

Well, we all, who are "informed" know the real reason. It was another covert operation as inconspicuous undercover agent...why else Sicily.

Hope you get back "safe" Mr C.......and look forward to some "surreptitious" neck finishing...

Shoot a video of you doing it, at oh, say, the Tower of London, or Westminster Abbey, heck ideally Abbey Roads Studio!!. the acid is for the guitar, not the kind for you!!

And how does he explain this 'Resurrection' thread running through Easter?

It's the rooftop I'm more worried about. I have an absolutely paralyzing fear of heights. (yes the paralyzing bit has been proved a few times). Acid burns are a new one on me, but rampant snarling rotweillers, aggressive cafe staff (i'm really funny about food. I've given up eating out), farmers screaming get off my land and firing shotguns and other menial terrors are a daily occurance. They hold little fear for me anymore, they've become muted. I dont think some barrel of H(CHB11Cl11) is going to scare me too much.

Shall I feed a mex strat body to a pair of rotties then throw it at some cook when he overcooks my eggs?

I guess it's a good thing you are a plasterer, and don't specialize in Stucco or other exterior work!!

yeah, I think we still have a ways to go on this project. I think we are doing Ceri a disservice by restricting our plans to Strats, however. At the very least he should be trying out the circular fretting system (we were talking about in another thread,) in the near future!!

Thats a primary part of what was my trade. Given up on it now, let the immigrants have it. In years to come when they want exterior made in situ cornice work, I'll charge em the earth.

Would you believe that I was told my apprenticeship which took 3 solid years was no good, ten years ago. That I had to forget my City and Guilds qualification and get a new NVQ. Then they sent some fella to photograph me standing infront of somebody else's work. Mainly because the people I was working for would only use me for specialized tasks. Labourious work they gave to others.
Now to get the Olympic stadium done to budget they have relaxed the trade and HSE qualification requirements for that project to attract more eastern european labour. So I cant even get a good price selling the mickey mouse qualification to one of them.
Meanwhile at Staythorpe powerstation theres still a body of English nationals protesting at sites only employing immigrant labour.

I'm strongly considering a life of crime. It's working out well for members of parliament, I may drop the body on one of their heads, though I'm more in favour of the guillotine.

Rant over.

Wow!! i can see some trades needing periodic upgrading, but to render your training invalid, that is crazy. Plastering seems an almost lost art around here. Really not that many houses are old enough to not be drywalled.

 Geez between Xehfri, and Trauma's native vulcanites I doubt poor old Abe Vagoda has a chance. (the native king in Joe vs. The Volcanoe) p.74. OMG we have to reference page numbers this thread has gotten so long.

Well volcanoes aside Ceri magnificent work on this episode. I look forward to the fretting process. PS copywright or patent that headstock shape...if you haven't.
