See it did start as a 58 Strat, but the son replaced every Fender part with a non-Fender part.

It's like the joke told by comedy juggler Michael Davis when he juggled a knife, a cleaver and an axe.
He said it was the axe George Washington used to chop down the cherry tree, except he replaced the blade, and the handle.
