Hi morea: unfortunately, that looks to be an FSR - Factory Special Run. It is a model Fender have made in limited numbers at the request of that particular shop. So the only way to get one is to buy it from them.

I'm not sure that Musician's Friend ship outside North America - you could ask them. It would be very expensive!

Much more reasonable to find a guitar maker in Europe and have him build you a mahogany body or a whole guitar. There's plenty of companies that specialise in that work.
