Thanks for the info. I guess mine is quarter sawn note the straightest grain. Are they all made from a solid piece of wood?

As far as I know, Fender guitar bodies are one, two, and sometimes three piece.

Sienna Sunburst is a great color. I almost traded in my 3-tone 'burst for one of these. I found that as they became more common I was less excited about them. Maybe the novelty had worn off? Still maybe I'll add one to the herd someday.
