I dont live anywhere near a tech, or i would have done so

i would like to make a few adjustments on (string height, truss rod, intonation, etc)

Is there a free video guide to help me out a little? im not going to mess up my fender trust me

is there like tech's that you can send it too, such as on the fender site or a trusted site?

and shoud the bridge/saddle be this high?

This is from the owner's manual, "Adjust the bridge angle, using the two claw screws in the back cavity of the guitar, to the desired angle. (Fender recommends approximately 1/8" of gap at the rear of the bridge. The bridge may be adjusted, however, to accommodate your playing needs.) If you prefer to set the bridge flush with the body, DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN THE TWO CLAW SCREWS. Set the tension of the springs to equal the tension of the strings, while the bridge is resting on the body."

Your bridge may be a tad high, but not too bad. Get a ruler and measure the distance from the body to the bridge.

There are techs that receive shipped guitars for servicing. I, myself am one of these but I ONLY service within the Continental US. If interested, e-mail me.

No, the bridge/saddle should NOT be anywhere near that high.

Based on your pictures, it seems that your guitar just needs a real good setup. How's the frets in terms of sprout (sharp edges on the sides of the fingerboard)?
