Hello,

I wanted to know why are there some JM Strat guitars that have three Big Dippers and some that have four.

I saw that the guitar usually has three Big Dipper Pickups.

Sorry again. I've just seen that the common number are five, but there is a guitar with only three.

You don't have to speak spanish, I speak english well, but only I didnt know the name of that part.

I'm a beginner of guitars.

So, I wanted to know if the sound of the JM Strat changes a lot by putting 5 or 3.

Isma.

If you put 5 springs in the tremolo it wont change the sound of the guitar but will change the way the guitar plays and feels. It will make the tremolo plate sit flat against the body of the guitar instead of having a little gap between the body of the guitar and the tremolo. This means you wont be able to pull notes sharp with the tremolo arm. Some notable players use this, Eric Clapton for one. Some have the tremolo away from the guitar body, like Jeff Beck.

Its your preference.

I'm glad I didnt have to put that into google translator.

DBR thankyou for the kind offer mate.
